Gulfport Tuesday Market

Say hello to next Tuesday’s plans! There’s a lot to do in the Tampa Bay area, in milder weather or heat. If you’re looking for a casual weekday stroll or outdoor activity, the Tuesday Market in the historic town of Gulfport may be just the thing.

Nestled away in a corner of Pinellas County is a small seaside town with a rich history and artistic twist. This tight-knit community dates back to 1884 when Hamilton Disston opened south Pinellas’ first hotel, the Waldorf - Gulfport has been growing and evolving ever since. Even though the waterfront was just a long stretch of tidal mudflats, it didn’t deter the growth of a thriving fishing industry decorated with casinos and a trolley system. Through the generations, businesses have come and gone but the community has hung together and morphed into an eclectic, small business, family-minded district.

Every Tuesday, the streets fill with locals and tourists meandering through the numerous vendors lining the main drag. Situated on Beach Boulevard below 28th Avenue South, you can find almost anything from artwork to tea.

Gulfport Tuesday Market Vendor Hours:

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. January - April

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May - December
